Refund & Return Policy – The Mini Garage

At The Mini Garage, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in inspecting and packaging our die-cast car models. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition.

  • Includes all original accessories and packaging.

  • Has not been damaged, modified, or altered after delivery.

Customers must contact us before returning any item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Items returned without their original packaging.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Limited-edition or special collectible items, where stated at the time of purchase.

Minor imperfections in manufacturer packaging may not qualify as damage or a reason for a refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact The Mini Garage as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and, where applicable, offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning valuable collectible items, as The Mini Garage cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.
